Hello Everyone, I am not sure if I could get an answer here, but any suggestion is welcome and appreciated.
We are having every strange bandwidth control issue on 2830 and 2925.

About 1 month ago, we put a L3 switch stack to perform as the gateway in the network. So all traffic from internal network are routed on the stack and traffic to internet are routed to 2830 & 2925 based on policies setup on the stack.
There's also a 2860 setup in a remote site, running LAN-LAN VPN with 2925 here.
And since then, bandwidth limit doesn't work every well....

Bandwidth limit doesn't work at all on 2830.
Bandwidth limit on open ports doesn't work on 2925, that means if an external device is accessing a host with opened port, it takes the whole bandwidth of the internet.

I'm pretty sure bandwidth worked fine before the change, while all VLANs were setup on Drayteks.

Traffic from L3 switch stack to Drayteks are routed, not NAT.
Bandwidth limit on LAN-LAN VPN never worked, but strangely, now it has something shown on 2860 in the data flow monitor....

Draytek support didn't help at all honestly....
