I'm looking into setting up 2 x Litebeam 5AC Gen2 to link 2 of my Buildings (Distance - 950meters) as the 1 location is in a bad location for decent broadband ( 2 x 30mb/1mb vs other location is 2 x 200mb/20mb )

Bad location - 192.168.20.0/24
Good location - 192.168.10.0/24

I'd like to link the 2 so no need for VPN thru the broadband lines as well as some devices could use the faster locations broadband.
Both locations routers are Vigor BX2000ac with Vigor 130

ideally have both Litebeam 5ac connected direct to switch and have route/load balace on routers setup, keep all 4 broadbands going on WAN2's and VDSL lines (WAN1)
