I'm Chris and I'm new to this forum and looking forward to interacting more in the future but I've got a bit of any issue I'm hoping somebody could help me with.?

I have upgraded to a 910c AP and would like to maximise the band steering function so I can continue to use one ssid. I have enabled this feature from within the 2.4g wireless options. I have also set the security and ssids the same for both frequencies however no devices will connect to the 5g range. In the logs i can see it the ap try to push the devices onto the 5g range but eventually gives up and return to the 2.4g range.

The security type is set to wpa2/pan with aes algorithms.
