Hi
I am having a problem with a Draytek 2860 router. I have a client who has got a BPT XiP video door entry system Manual attached we have connected it to the Draytek but it will not let us connect to the XIP 01.CAMECONNECT.NET site so that the video can be displayed on the IPad app.

We tested with a standard sky router and it worked with out having to set any port or anything else it was just plug and play

Can you look into this a see if there is something we have to set on the Draytek to get this working

This is a user-to-user forum. I couldn't see a link to your manual so I'm not sure.

Sounds like UPNP is disabled? does the manual list the ports required?
