I cannot log onto a vehicle tracking site and have been sent the following instructions along with a list of 11 sites
"The issue you’re experiencing not being able to view some sections of our website is a network restriction. Please find below a list of URLs which should be place onto your firewall whitelist"
I am not sure how to go about this can someone please give much needed guidance
I am using a 2860ac

Sounds like a red herring or something your browser is doing. The router will not block specific URLs unless you tell it to.

I have used both explorer and chrome and the results are the same in both cases. I have not blocked any sites

If you haven't configured a content filter / firewall whitelist then the router won't automatically be blocking websites, so it could be a different problem.

If you're seeing connectivity issues to specific websites, check whether your router is givng correct DNS responses / using the correct DNS servers for your ISP, and try changing the MTU to a lower value:
