This will to many seam a silly question but is there any reason why i could not but the Vigor 130 on the same IP addresses as my main network?

My router is on 192.168.1.1 , PC on 192.168.1.10 would i be able to allocate it too 192.168.1.3 for instance?

You can't do that but you can do this https://www.draytek.com/en/faq/faq-connectivity/connectivity.wan/how-to-access-vigor130-in-bridge-mode/ if you have a suitable Draytek router. My 130 is on 192.168.130.1 and I can access it from 192.168.1.X
