Hello,

This should be a really simple one but I cannot seem to find any setting on the router to configure this.

We have some traffic which comes through on different ports from certain IP addresses and these and sent/received from all users on the LAN. This is relating to our anti-virus software. Currently the Draytek is blocking this traffic and I was wondering where you can set the Draytek to add the IP address as an exception to the firewall?

Is there a way where I can configure the draytek to pass through any traffic from a certain IP address?

Many thanks,

Luke

This sounds more like a NAT configuration issue, than a Firewall issue.

You can see if any existing Firewall rules are triggering, by ticking the [ ] Syslog box in their definitions (including the Default Rule). Theoretically, the inbuilt "Web Syslog" can be used to see the results, but, personally, I've never had much luck with it - I just have the Draytek Syslog agent running on a PC.

Assuming you need to configure NAT, some combination of "Open Ports", "Port Redirection" and "DMZ Host" will be required.

Would a Route Policy do this, or does that only work on outgoing packets?
