I am adding our router to the ACS management system, at present, I have just two routers added, one in our office and one located in our northern office.
the one in our office has had no problems at all but is just our test ADSL service.
the northern office is Fibre and I keep getting email alerts saying it has dropped out and it occasionally shows as offline on the ACS, but is not dropping and I am able to log into the router remotely and see it is online when ACS reports it is not.
am I missing something?
Is there a support contact for the ACS management I can contact.
