Vigor ACS incorrectly showing devices as "offline was created by elbmw
I have 6 devices including my own (local) 2860ac and have the same issues with routers constantly going "offline" when I can VPN and connect to them. Currently, I am being bombarded with email alerts which are clogging up my inbox with incorrect information.
FYI I have a mixed set of devices registered with ACS from 2830n (3.8.8.2), 2860ac and 2862Lac and they are running 3.8.6, 3.8.8 and 3.8.9.1.
Is it something I have done wrong in the setup for ACS or is it a bug. I'd sure like to know so that I can at least turn off the alerts until this is fixed.
Thanks in advance for any input.

I'm also getting the same issue - Just gone over to the Dealers ACS and getting bombarded with false positives about customers routers being down....

Hello everyone. Can I bump this thread please...
The issue is still ongoing so I would appreciate it if someone can shed some light on why this is happening.
Thanks

You should ask the people running your server directly.
