I am looking to find a supplier of unlocked 4g dongles to provide our clients with a failover service, I can provide them with sims from our comms provider but would like to get some dongles which we can have branded with our logo etc.
There are a a lot via Amazon or eBay but would rather use a recognized provider like broadband buyer ( who do not supply them )

Yes, but that means paying 2-3 times the cost... cheaper to keep lots of spares!
I don't know of any seller who reliably sells the same model for any period of time (but you might find one!)

Alibaba seems to be what you are after, they will sell bulk.
