Set Forward Facing IP to VLAN

Set Forward Facing IP to VLAN was created by sheltons
Is it possible to have a public IP set to a VLAN, i.e. have The Default Public IP go to VLAN0 and one of our other Public IP's go to VLAN1. I understand that that could be done via Port Redirection but any traffic going out from VLAN1 would then use the Default Public IP, I want it to use one of the other Public IP's for outbound traffic.
