Load balance and speed testing was created by jasonmilsom
I have a 2860 LTE router with 2 wans running with load balance
wan 1 is ADSL with around 14 down and 0.81 up when running on its own
LTE wan on 4g Vodafone sim 35.8 down and 30,2 up when running on its own

I have now set them both as always on and load balance ticked and load balance mode set to auto weight and session based .
when I then run a speed test I get 18.3 down and 14.0 up.

am I doing something wrong as I thought I would get greater speed.
this is only a temporary measure until we get EFM installed on site but this could take a while as additional line plant is required .
what would be the best setup .

How many sessions is your test running? If it's single session, it can pass over one WAN only.

I think Oookla is multi session (but check)... also check if data is actually flowing through both WANs
and also compare with one and then the other WAN disabled.
