hi all

i am new to the Draytek family i have just setup my first Draytek Vigor2850

but having issues getting FTP to work outside of the local network

i have opened port 21 TCP (NAT >> OPEN PORTS)
i have also try redirecting port 21 (NAT >> Port Redirection) 21 public to private

but when i try to connect from outside i get the error "Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead."

i would ideally hope to get FTP and FTPs (explicit over TLS) working but one step at a time.

is there something im missing i just cant get it working thanks in advance for any help.

Do you still have your FTP management port set up?

System Maintenance > Management > Management Port

the default FTP management port have been changed

System Maintenance >> Management >> Port Management

FTP is set to 2121
SSH to 2222
