I would like to activate the DrayDDNS service.
I have a new Draytek 2862 router which I have attempted to setup a new DDNS service. However, it seems to have failed having proceeded the steps via the activation wizard. Now when I try a fresh attempt the option isn't available to me from the DDNS menu. Status is in red: "Inactivated".

Could you advise please.

Go in to the MyVigor control panel and turn off the service. Go back in to your router and specify the WAN your using, the WAN1 First etc option may not work. Set it to WAN1. Then try again. I’ve found it very temperamental to activate.
