Hi guys,

Yesterday I had to restart my router.
After the restart I wasn'table to connect to BT Infinity anymore.
Line status is always "TRAINING".

I now connected my BT Smarthub, this is working immediately with no problems.

I also tried reseting the device, tried a different Fiirmware (3.8.9.2 instead of .3) .... unfortunately not working
I let the device powered on over nicht with VDSL connected, but no change.

Any ideas?

Could you try out the Vector 4 modem code to see if that makes a difference? Beyond that, it may be worth checking the router on another ADSL/VDSL line to check whether the router's xDSL modem is working correctly.

I just tried Vector 4 Firmware as suggested, unfortunately no change...
If the xDSL modem is defectivce, how much would a repair cost me?

It's a shame that didn't make a difference. Please contact the support team for assistance with troubleshooting the DSL problem / hardware problem, they'll be able to help.

I already contacted them and they already tried to help by remote session.
But unfortuinately they weren't able to fix the problem.

I thought my device is still in warranty, but the warranty ran out end of November 2018...
It was a very expensive device for a private person, so I hope repair costs are not too high?
Any advice?
