Correct memory address details for a Vigorswitch P2261

I am looking for the correct memory address details for the "managed" and "managed.bk" files for a VigorSwitch P2261.

I purchased this switch on Ebay from a reputable, helpful seller who assures me that the switch was working before I received it. During my onsite installation attempt, the normal firmware of the switch got corrupted (presumably when I hard reset the switch). All I can access is the "base" firmware of the switch (Vitesse) and a non-functional webpage (displaying Vitesse logo, not expected Draytrek ui) if I navigate to the ip address of the switch.

I have connected to the switch via consoleport and successfully uploaded the firmware (several times) using the following instructions:

RedBoot> fis delete managed
RedBoot> load -r -b 0x80040000 -m xmodem
[I then upload the appropriate firmware, which seems to work OK]
RedBoot> fis create -r 0x80040000 -e 0x800400bc -l 0x400000 -f 0x401c0000 managed
RedBoot> fis create -r 0x80040000 -e 0x800400bc -l 0x400000 -f 0x405c0000 managed.bk

I then reboot the switch and get the following output:

Platform: VCore-III (MIPS32 24KEc) LUTON26
RAM: 0x80000000-0x84000000 [0x80021d40-0x83fe0000 available]
FLASH: 0x40000000-0x40ffffff, 256 x 0x10000 blocks
== Executing boot script in 1.000 seconds - enter ^C to abort
RedBoot> fis load -d managed
decompression error: incorrect header check
RedBoot> go
No entry point known - aborted
RedBoot> fis load -d managed.bk
decompression error: incorrect header check
RedBoot> go
No entry point known - aborted

My hypothesis is that the instructions I am working from (a document sent from Draytek entitled "How to recover ECO series switch via XMODEM") are for different model of switch, with different memory requirements for the managed and managed.bk files.

What I am asking for is for someone with a working VigorSwitch P2261 to connect to their switch via consoleport and provide me with a "fis list" of the relevant files so that I can modify these two commands:

RedBoot> fis create -r 0x80040000 -e 0x800400bc -l 0x400000 -f 0x401c0000 managed
RedBoot> fis create -r 0x80040000 -e 0x800400bc -l 0x400000 -f 0x405c0000 managed.bk

to be correct for my specific model of switch.

Incidentally, I have a support ticket running with Draytek for this, but I don't feel they are paying attention to what I am asking for!

Thanks in advance.

I think they're unlikely to assist and that seems reasonable - a seriously broken device like that is beyond 'remote technical support', might take a huge amount of work and would probably needs to go back to the factory or service centre, so if it's not under warranty, I'm not sure you can expect them to help.
