SonicWall TZ600 behind Draytek 2862 - single WAN IP! was created by preecep
I've a Draytek 2862 and a SonicWAll TZ600.
I have a fttc fibre broadband connection but only a single external IP address.
I was initially thinking of putting the Draytek into bridge-mode (ie: pppoe pass-through) as i want the SonicWall internet facing and fully accessible. I have tried this once in the past and had issues whereby the SonicWall would drop the pppoe connection every few hours.
Am i better enabling the DMZ Host option and pointing this to the wan interface on my SonicWall or has anyone managed to get pppoe passthough working between a Draytek and SonicWall?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
