Can I use the AP 810 USB to upload to my Arduino, if so what are the settings?

The AP810 is a WiFi USB stick , the Arduino is a device that requires connecting to a PC via USB for programming.

I think what you are asking is "would the WIFi USB make the Arduino WiFi capable ?
A quick read at the Arduino pages doesn't suggest you can do that , obviously your question would be better asked at Arduino support.

Sorry I didn't explain that very well, So what I need to do is be able to see the USB port over the LAN, this would then allow a computer on the LAN to select the USB and allow me to upload a sketch (program) to the Arduino. Not connecting the Arduino to WIFI.

It's can't be done. The USB port is for printer/thermometer.
