My father had one, and I really wanted to understand what's happening under the hood since forever.

Where I can find technical information about the operative system itself?

I doubt DrayTek will be giving anyone access to their proprietary code.

You're quite right; that's the point of closed source - no details of code OR architecture are published. That has advantages for users and DrayTek.
