I have client who has 4 usable public IP addresses. The router I have is 2862. On port 4 I have assigned seperate VLAN to give different IP. I need to assign a specif Public IP address to that VLAN/Port, how do I do this? Can someone please provide an answer?

Assuming that you have already activated the WAN IP Aliases in Internet Access, use Load Balancing/Route Policy to assign that particular WAN.
