Try:
WAN > Internet Access > IPV6 > Connection Type: PPP

I seem to remember something similar with my setup (although mine is WAN1 not WAN2) and mine is set to PPP.

Hi Richard, Hyperoptic doesn’t use PPPoE for IPv4 so I can set IPv6 to use PPP. Hyperoptic provides a dynamic IP instead for IPv4 connection.

It is possible to use LAN/LAN Port Mirror to get WAN2 messages duplicated to LAN2, 3 or 4 and use a PC connected there running Wireshark or tcpdump to capture the messages when a WAN2 connect is attempted. However, unless you know what messages you should see, or can compare the trace with one from a different working router you may not be further forward.

Perhaps put in a support request to Draytek?
