Hi! I have a Vigor 2920 with a 75Mb BT broadband connection and a 60Mb Virgin connection (as a failover). I've just been upgraded to 350Mb on the Virgin line but via the router I'm still only getting 60Mb. I have verified that the Virgin line is actually providing 350Mb (by plugging directly into the Virgin modem)

I believe that the 2920 has a throughput of 150Mb so could this be the problem? If so, in order to take advantage of the higher speed which would be the best draytek model to upgrade to? Can a config file exported from the 2920 be used to initially configure any suggested upgrade?

I am not sure how to bump this aside to say I am having the same issue.

I am trying to connect to a 160/30 service but cannot get more than 80/30.

You're hitting the routers limits so you'll need to upgrade.
