Well, just in case it makes a difference, I use L2TP/IPsec, rather than just IPSec...

Never had any problems 'till now with my IPSec tunnels since I have a lot of them connecting to my third party router.
I managed to fix this by supernetting my subnets behind the Draytek router and now it works. Not a good solution, but it is a workaround.
