Loose antenna was created by morrow_84
I purchased a brand new 2862ac recently.

It is working great, the only thing is that I noticed that one of the antennas came loose out of blue. After more careful investigation I noticed that the antenna just came off on its own with a small metallic bit that belongs to antenna hole. I tried to put the bit back but it doesn't go there nor does it rotate (there is a white plastic piece in the hole that prevents that bit to go back).

Any ideas on what is this and how to fix it? Thanks.

Assuming it wasn't mishandled (someone bored turning it around and around :-) ) then it's faulty and should be
sent back for repair.

Thanks a lot, guys!

I've sent it back to Draytek and they repaired it in just 1 day.

As always - an amazing support from Draytek. Other companies need to watch and learn, not bring coronavirus as an excuse for their rubbish customer service!
