I can't access my router settings. I type the DNS into the search bar, and instead of asking for a username and password, it just takes me tohttp://portal.draytek.com:8001/cgi-bin/webporshow.cgi?target=http://192.168.1.1/ and says an error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I'm using chrome, and I've tried everything. I've made sure its the correct address, cleared DNS cache, done a Winsock reset, turned it off and on again, tried different browsers, turned off security, and disabled proxys. I don't know what else to do. Is there anything I've missed?

Does it let you in using the IP address? ([url]http://192.168.1.1[/url] presumably)

No it doesn’t, I tried both of them, the first one just doesn’t load at all, and with the https I get the same error from before.

Next step is probably: RESET to Factory Settings and reload last saved config. file.

Unless you get any other suggestions...

Ok I’ll wait to see if there are any other suggestions before I do that, if I can’t figure out anything else I’ll factory reset.

Have you just updated the firmware?
