But then I had a look in "My Vigor" ... it turns out I activated it in January 2018 - so it had expired in January 2019 It let me renew it, but then declared it had expired again in January 2020
At the next attempt, it's renewed it for six months, through to January 2021.

So, make a note in your diary - because when it expires, you can't renew it from the 2860; only the My Vigor web site.

I don't actually need this service any more, as Zen Internet issue fixed IP addresses. But I didn't like to feel I was missing out on something free

It can be useful if you want to install the Let'sEncrypt certificate :wink:
