Hi,

I've read the guide here https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-130-bridge but can someone confirm a couple points:

Vodafone told me to use:

VPI 0
VCI 38
PPPoA VC-MUX
MTU:1492

But the guide above shows:

VPI 0
VCI 101
PPPoA IP LLC
MTU: 1500

Also, at least on my 130 changing MAC address of WAN port is greyed out so I can't change. And I read another guide that says being bridge mode stops GUI access to it, but I can still access mine when plugging in a laptop directly to the LAN port. I'm just wondering if I've properly put it in bridge mode.

Thanks

The guide hasn't been updated in a while I think. For UK ADSL networks, the VPI and VCI will now always be 0/38.
Because the Vigor 130 is bridging the connection, using "1483 Bridged IP LLC" protocol is correct.

If you're using VDSL though, it doesn't matter because the VLAN tag is what's important instead of VPI/VCI. To my knowledge, Vodafone use the standard VLAN tag of 101 (the Vigor 130's factory default).
To use bridge mode with VDSL, the steps in the guide are still current.

Thanks for the quick reply. And yes, Voda use VLAN 101.
