Very simple question, if I update the firmware on my Vigour Router using a rst file, will this reset all settings including vpn users?

It was always a dumb decision to have

ALL
RST

every time I have to remember is it "ALL" settings or a "RESET". In the end, I look at the file sizes, the slightly bigger one is the true RESET, WIPE EVERTYTHING, START AGAIN.
