Since updating the firmware to 3.9.6 on 2862 (& 3.9.0 on 2860's) I have had issues with randomly being unable to access the web management interface on some devices.
This affects various models of both 2862's and 2860's.

When in this state the following are true:
Unable to telnet to device
Showing as offline in ACS

The devices are otherwise working normally, with a VPN connected and client devices connected. They also respond to pings correctly and the management interface is showing as active (polling).

At present the only fix possible has been to power cycle the device.

The 2862's have subsequently been updated to 3.9.6.1 and have been stable since, apart from one device that's currently still offline but working normally.

Currently waiting on a response from DrayTek support.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

You got a lot further than I did, with V3.9.0 on the 2860 ...
...but 'unable to access the web management interface' was one shared symptom.
