I am trying to configure the Vigor 130 Modem and find the interface is very limited compared to what is shown in the manual.

The manual has all the options I need.

Can somebody tell me what I need to change to see all the settings?

There is - apparently - another totally different variant of the Vigor 130, intended for a different market - that one has some additional features and maybe the one for which you have the manual.
