Hi all

A quick question. I am migrating to a 2965 lac from a 2962 lac. Am i better of:

1. reinstalling from scratch OR
2. using a config backup from 2962 to restore on the new 2965?

In terms of features right now, the Vigor 2865 series isn't too different yet from the Vigor 2862 series.

There's a config import feature on the Vigor 2865 ,so you can load up your config and it will translate the settings for the new model - I recommend doing that unless you specifically want a fresh start.

Thanks for the advice. Got the box a month ago. Shame the 2866 just came out. Might have to upgrade to that if I get a BTNet line in the nearest future.
