We have been installing Vigor routers for many years and use unifi for the wifi part with a cloud key for remote access.

i was hoping if any other forum members that use the unifi cloud key to access the unifi controllers via the portal or app have had any problems.

all sites are working with the 2860 up to v2860_3898_BT the new one stops remote access working same goes for the 2862 working up to v2862_3941_BT

on the 2865 we have never been able to get it working, we have to VPN in i have also a ticket open with draytek since April
