Hello,

We upgraded to a 2962 router earlier this year, and we initially experienced a very stable system.

However, since upgrading the firmware (latest 3.9.7), we are getting regular instability. The router is dropping DHCP clients / stops accepting DHCP clients (including the connected 960C wifi access point).

Then the only thing we can do to get anything working again is a power cycle. Rebooting the router from within the web interface system maintenance page does not get it working again. It requires a power cycle.

This started off happening one or twice a week a while ago, but is now happening several times per day, rendering the system unusable.

Is this a hardware issue? Should I ask for a replacement? Or is there some stability issue with the latest firmware?
