I've mentioned UDP defence on this forum several times as one of the causes of video-based stuff being slow/buffer, this including Teams/Whatsapp/Zoom calls.
Here's the formula to work out your UDP threshold:
UDP threshold = connection speed (Mbps) * 1,000,000 / 8 / MTU

I really didn't think of that, of course streaming's going to be using UDP.
I think the UDP flood defense should have a warning & confirmation added, setting that to a value too low for your network's usage can cause all sorts of problems.

Defenses of this nature are somewhat spurious as the packet(s) have already traversed the (constrained) link from the supplier network to the WAN interface by the time the router does anything anyway. Just leave all that turned off.

It does have a warning for VOIP, but not everyone thinks of streaming as 'a kind' of VOIP, and these days, it's rarely just voice for calls, but also video, which is now referred to as VOIP. So, not everyone will associate Teams/Whatsapp calls with VOIP.
I think this highlights that some menu descriptions need overhauled/refreshed, especially that they've been (more less) the same for some time now (in my case, at least since my 2820 from nearly two decades ago).
