Instagram & Facebook video buffering problem finally solved was created by anparkinson
My 2860 has always made Facebook and Instagram videos buffer and freeze. No other video streaming was affected.

After a LOT of research I finally found the problem - it was the UDP flood defense setting in firewall defense setup.

Increasing the packets / sec threshold from 2000 to 4000 solved the problem.

No idea why.
