I am sure I have taken an export from a 2860 and imported it into a 2862. I will be getting that 2862 back to me next week ideally so can test. Or may even test it while it is in situ for our source management IP addresses.

Anyway back to issue at hand. Could not see what error #4 means but wonder if you are opening the CSV file at all in any app before importing back in.

So create object in gui
Export from draytek
copy file to another file with copy in name
open file-copy.csv in notepad and check it looks like a csv and has nothing "funny" in it
delete object in draytek gui
import file.csv into draytek and what is the result.

Check your firmware level is current
