Vigor 2860n Drayddns issue. was created by siroccoboy
I have two identical modems on my network each has its own ISP (BT)
They both run firmware 3.9.0
They both have Drayddns services activated.
They both show up in my MyVigor device list.
However one works well and under the service status shows a green flag (upgrade complete)

Upgrade complete
BPjM
Cyren
DT-DDNS 140 Days
DT-APPE

The other has a red flag (upgrade not complete

Upgrade not complete
BPjM
Cyren
DT-DDNS 139 Days

The upgrade not complete modem will not auto update when the Wan IP changes, but works if I force sync it.
My question is, do I need to unbind the device and start from scratch or is there some other way of completing the "upgrade"
There is no info on the Draytek sites to explain what is actually being upgraded!
Any help appreciated.

Shame that 2 weeks later nobody has a reply! Did you solve it yourself?

Regrettably I'm in a similar situation with a 2762.

MyVigor shows red flag and no DDNS update - even if I force it..

Has the 2860 been restarted?

I had an issue similar to this with DrayDDNS which disappeared after a restart.

And the obvious one is also to update to 3.9.1.

I think the upgrade being referred to is something internal but required a minimum firmware version. They sent an email regarding it, will have a search for it later.
