We are having problems on multiple sites with Openreach ADVA boxes to 3910 using SFP and fibre.

When the draytek reboots, often the link doesn't come up. We suspect that this is because the negotiation of the duplex fails so the link stays down on the ADVA side.

We're looking to see if Openreach can configure all sites with negotiation disabled. Has anyone had a similar problem?
