Edit: Ive gone back to 4.3.1 as stability problems with the 2.5Gbe connections, my laptop wouldnt connect kept starting and dropping where as before it was fine, memory had also gone from 68% to 74% in less than a day, which may be fine, but I couldnt take the risk.

2.5Gbe not stable after 1 day ? Maybe you can set link rate to fixed 2.5G ( Port Setup page)
Note that P3/P4 can only be the same link rate
Also there are some messages in debug file which can check the link status (Diagnostics >> Debug Logs)

For total memory usage, 74% should be OK if you saw it in online status (total 2G RAM)
For DrayOS memory usage, you can check by telnet command "sys q"
Also we can see "top snapshot" in debug log file.
