I wonder if anyone can help. My current broadband service is down and I am trying to use a 4g sim and Vodafone hotspot to get online.

I tried connecting a Vodafone r218h to the router. I am able to connect to the hotspot on the wan 2, when I look at the physical connection tab under SSID it is green but just above it on the wan side the text is red and no up address.

I wondered if anyone has had similar problems and found a solution.

I have managed to use a older 3G wifi hotspot and when using this the ssid text is green and so is the text under wan 2 which has an IP address. This happens relative quickly once connected the wifi hotspot.
