Issue with IOS vpn was created by curtislholt
Hello Everyone,
Wondering if I could get some help with something, we have a customer who we are moving from Windows VPN to the in built DrayTek VPN, I am wanting to use SSL tunnel. Got it all setup and works on my Windows machine no worries, downloaded the DrayTek app on my iPhone and it won't connect. Decided to enable ipsec in case that was preferred and that doesn't work also. The message I get is "The VPN server did not respond", does anyone have any advice for this.
Thanks

We have use the native L2TP VPN client in iOS and macOS, never tried the Draytek App.

If you get errors with VPN, enable syslog and use the syslog explorer for VPN on Draytek.
Also check with mobile provider, they maybe blocking some VPN protocols.
