Help Please.
I have a BT fibre business smart hub with the internet supply provided by a Haewei dongle (4G Assure) supplied by BT.
This setup produces a stable Static IP address at the hub.
I want to attach my 2860 modem/router to the hub and access the supplied static IP address via the 2860.
This setup has been the subject of numerous postings on the forum over the years and I've followed the advice given as follows.

Ethernet patch cable from BT Hub to WAN2 port on Draytek,
WAN general setting WAN2 Ethernet/Auto negotiation Always On
WAN internet access WAN 2 Ethernet Static or Dynamic IP
WAN 2 Details Page Obtain an IP address automatically

The Vigor dashboard shows the BT Hub communicating with the Draytek but there is no internet activity on WAN 2
The WAN2(Giga) port is Green but the WAN2 indicator light is off.
Status physical shows all reds for WAN2
What am I doing wrong?
