Hi, I am getting strange messages in my syslog that I do not understand..

<30>Apr 13 15:05:52 Reading HQ: dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.xxx.xxx to 30:b5:c2:7e:ed:6a via lan-Busines

The device, which is legitimate (I know the MAC) does not accept the IP address and therefore can not be connected to....

Anyone got any ideas what's going on? These messages repeat every few seconds.
