Hi espin,

Below is my telnet session, showing my model and firmware version. Also, it’s showing the commands mentioned previously and the results of those commands, from viewing the status through to disabling and viewing the status again; I had enabled the VoIP service beforehand to make sure this latest firmware also performed the commands, and it does.

My telnet session also, does NOT list any VoIP options when sending a ‘>?’ command, but it does execute the commands if you type them in fully. (All these telnet commands are in the manual for this model (all versions))

Hi HodgesanDY,

Thank you for your help.
I am 3000 miles from my setup. However, I just tried using Draytek 2860n at my present location.
Unfortunately, loading firmware from .tw did not fix the missing command.
However, thanks to you, I think I am on the right track; I just need to find the correct firmware.
