TLS1.3 and FTP was created by antbliss
The gallery website where I send images has recently created a new FTP server that runs on TLS1.3

My DrayTec 2860 router does not support TLS1.3 only TLS1.2 and it is not backwards compatible.
If I use any other connection or router to get to my gallery website - it uploads all ok, using the latest Filezilla.

I'm on the latest firmware for the DT2860ls (v2860_396_BT_576D17) and it doesn't have TLS1.3
Below text dump is the FTP typical problem - as soon as it enters passive mode the FTP server kicks me out.

Do you think this a TLS1.3 router compatibility problem ? or do we thing this is an FTP server port problem in PASV mode ?

help and advice to overcome please !
Thank you
