Sorry, i should have been more clear. I have two 2927 in continental europe and their updates are driven by draytek.com

Although the update shows on the website when I go to the router webpage it gives the latest update as 4.4.3.1

Haha, good one.

At least in this scenario we’re not paying them for their error with our life savings! It’s so unbelievable, but yet so true!
