G1085 restarting itself was created by tivoli
I've had a new G1085 switch for 2 weeks, and today I recieved a notification that the switch restarted, but I cannot find a reason why in the Syslog.
I'm only using 4 of the 8 ports currently, CPU utilisation is usually very low, and 60% memory usage, so I'm not exactly pushing the switch to its limits. (being used on a home network)
Notification was as follows:
2021-09-25 Sat 12:45:25; <RESTART>System restarted - Cold Start

Anyone know of a way to determine why it decided to reboot itself? Maintenance codes??

Update the firmware to see if that helps. The log shows "cold start" which suggests it wasn't a software reboot though so maybe check the plug to ensure it is all securely fitted.

I think 2.6.7 firmware is the latest for that one. Please get in touch with the support team if that doesn't resolve it, they should be able to help with resolving either a firmware or hardware issue.

Hello
I updated the firmware to 2.6.7 from day 1.
The switch has recently rebooted itself again without intervention.
It's less than a month old, something not quite right here I think.
I've emailed Draytek support for assistance.
