I have a P2540x. After a reboot it typically has CPU usage around 10-15%. If I unplug and replug a few cables then the CPU usage jumps up to around 70-80% and stays there. When viewing the dashboard all of the ports ocasionally briefly show the PoE power icon (even ports that have nothing plugged in, and ports with devices which are not PoE). After a reboot this stops happening and the CPU goes back to low. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on or how to diagnose further?
The network is not a complex one nor a busy one (a residential home!) so the high CPU is very excessive.
