Device Loss Connection

Device Loss Connection was created by kappa
We use hosted ACS2 to monitor clients' Draytek routers. One of these (a Vigor 2860ac) repeatedly sends DeviceLossConnection alarms at varying intervals of around 20 minutes +/- 5 minutes.

However, when I log on to the router the System Uptime and WAN1 Up Time show as having been on for hours.

In the Command Line Interface (CLI) when I type in the sys ver dbg command it shows 'Exception debug info is empty'.

I have compared the TR-069 Settings page against another similar router which we monitor and there is no difference.

The router in question has a BT VDSL connection and has the latest firmware (3.8.9.5_BT).

Why are we seeing these DeviceLossConnection alarms when there is no apparent loss of connection?

We are also seeing the exact same issue with a Vigor 2952. We get an email saying Device Loss Connection approximately every 15 to 20 minutes
