Hi All,

I've just started a trial of VigorACS and have added two Drayteks, in order to test alerts, but I am unable to get to the WAN config, it just stays at 'Loading...' until my session expires.



one is:
Model Vigor2860n
Firmware Version 3.9.1_BT

the other is:
Model Vigor2830
Firmware Version 3.8.8.3_232201

am I missing a step somewhere?

Hmm, first make sure that the router has management from the Internet enabled with the TR-069 server enabled.
If you already have remote management enabled but limit access with an Access Control List, make sure to put the ACS server into the ACL so that it can query those routers.

Beyond that, if they're not directly connected to the Internet, then make sure to configure STUN - that's just the ACS server IP and UDP 3389
